Progress, not perfection
When trying to jumpstart a new habit, the only thing that matters is consistent progress.
Don’t get in your way by setting the bar too high. Instead, set the bar as low as possible. Any progress at all is a good thing—progress, not perfection.

Write one sentence
Solve one problem
Whatever it is, do something every day. It’ll amount to more progress than doing nothing. Eventually, you’ll have done more than you could have imagined.
